Our Partner Emili Aregak
One of our partner is Emili Aregak, a facility for people with disabilities located in Gyumri. Established in 2015, it provides therapy for over 200 children and young adults.
This is our Mission!
Together with Emili Aregak, our mission is to empower individuals with physical and cognitive disabilities in Armenia to fully participate in both professional and social life. We strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone has the opportunity to achieve their potential, contribute to their communities, and live with dignity and independence.
In collaboration with Emili Aregak, we support their impactful projects and work to develop new initiatives that combine local expertise with innovative approaches from Germany and Europe.
The First Project Creating Career Opportunities for People with Disabilities
...entails the establishment of the Aregak Bakery in Gyumri where eight individuals with disabilities are employed.
How it all began
The following video highlights the Aregak Bakery & Café in Gyumri, Armenia, as the first inclusive café in the city, providing meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities and fostering collaboration between disabled and non-disabled staff. The Next Project Creating Career Opportunities for People with Disabilities
The project emphasizes sustainable agricultural practices while fostering inclusive employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. In 2024, two greenhouses were constructed, creating meaningful jobs for eight people with disabilities.
